What Happens After You Get in Touch

A lot of people hesitate to contact Webkik, or any agency, because they don't know what they're signing up for. Here's exactly what happens.

1. We read your enquiry properly. Someone on our team reviews your message and checks which service fits best.
2. We schedule a short call. Usually 20 to 30 minutes by phone or video. We ask about your business, your customers, your timeline and your budget range.
3. We send a written proposal. You'll get a clear scope, timeline and fixed price. If something isn't worth building yet, we'll tell you.
4. You decide. No pressure and no follow-up spam. If the plan makes sense, we start. If not, you've still got a free expert opinion on your project.

What to Share When You Contact Us

You don't need a perfect brief to contact Webkik. But the more you tell us, the more useful our first reply will be. If you can, include:

• A few lines about your business and who your customers are
• What you want to build, fix or improve
• Links to your current website or social pages, if you have them
• Two or three websites or apps you like, and what you like about them
• Your rough timeline and budget range
• What success looks like for you in six months

Visiting Our Office in Tagore Garden

Our office is on the second floor of WZ-52 in Tagore Garden, West Delhi, close to Metro Pillar No. 432 on the main road. If you're taking the metro, Tagore Garden station on the Blue Line is the nearest stop. Rajouri Garden is also close by.

We love meeting clients face to face, especially for bigger projects. Just call or email before you come so the right people are free to sit down with you.

Working With Clients Outside Delhi

You don't need to be in Delhi to work with us. A large part of our work is for clients in other Indian cities and in the United States. We run projects through video calls, shared design files and regular progress updates. For US clients, we plan calls around your working hours, so conversations happen when it suits you, not just us.

• Call us if you want a quick answer, have an urgent issue or simply prefer talking things through. Phone calls are also great for early questions like “Is this even possible?”
• Email us if you have documents, briefs, screenshots or links to share. Email gives us time to look at everything properly before we reply.
• Use the enquiry form if you want the simplest option. The form asks only for the basics, and our team follows up from there.
• Visit the office if you're in Delhi and would rather sit across a table. It's a good choice for bigger projects where you want to meet the team.
