Webkik strives to treat its customers professionally, promptly, and favourably. Clients who use Webkik for their business are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

You agree to the Terms of Service outlined below by engaging us. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or if we can be of assistance.
Webkik offers local, national, and international search engine marketing, optimization, and related services. As a result, we use your information to search providers on your behalf, and you must agree to their terms and conditions.WebKik will not disclose your information with any businesses other than those involved in the course; we do not involve any third parties, and your data is safe with us.Webkik reserves the right to post information about your company on any publisher or search provider website.Copy, form, size, text, images, names, addresses, phone numbers, URLs, logos, trade names, trademarks, service marks, endorsements, pictures or likenesses, and videos are all included in WebKik.

Unacceptable Practices

Because WebKik tries to provide the finest service possible, WebKik efforts and connections with its clients must follow specific principles and policies. Practices that violate these standards and policies are absolutely prohibited and may result in Webkik services being terminated immediately. WebKik has sole discretion in making such judgments. Unacceptable practises include, but are not limited to:

  • Content that is adult or pornographic, including but not limited to sexually explicit or suggestive material.
  • Products or services that are sexually oriented (e.g., escort services) or other sexually oriented media.
  • Material that is offensive or otherwise unappealing.
  • Any content or language that is in any way damaging to minors.
  • Internet virus distribution and other dangerous or destructive acts.
  • Documents that are fake.
  • Drugs that are illegal or drug paraphernalia.
  • Fireworks, pyrotechnics, firearms, explosives, or weapons are all examples of prohibited items.
  • Spamming and any other forms of unsolicited messages, such as spam, chain letters, and junk email, are prohibited.
  • Links to other websites that break Webkik’s rules and regulations.
  • Violations of any applicable local, state, national, or international law, whether deliberate or inadvertent.

Fee

You agree to pay WebKik monthly fees up to the amount mentioned in your most current Webkik Contract to cover the cost of placing and managing your Digital  services programme.WebKik may, upon notification, adjust the maximum monthly prices in accordance with rules established by our web development solutions and publications. Each calendar month’s charges are due at the end of each month.All payments must be made in accordance with the contract, and both parties must agree to all of the contract’s stipulations.All payments must be made, including the 18% GST and 18% service charge.If the clint fails to pay the amount, the Webkik will levy an annual interest rate of 18 percent.Clint wants to make adjustments once the project is finished, and any changes Clint wants to make will be charged according to the work.Once the project has been awarded, we will not send the database or files until the balance has been cleared.

60% of the payment is due in advance, with the remainder due upon delivery. The project will be delivered on the specified date, and we will be solely responsible for meeting the deadline. There will be an additional price for Amc, and there will be no changes after the signed Mou.

License and Grant of Rights; Representations and Warranties

You acknowledge and agree that you have and will continue to have the complete and unrestricted right to publish and use all information given to Webkik.

Clint’s Accountability

The Client acknowledges that any material submitted for publishing will not contain anything that could lead to the Service Provider being used in an abusive or immoral manner. Pornography, obscenity, nudity, violations of privacy, computer viruses, harassment, any illegal behaviour, spamming, advocacy of illegal action, and any invasion of privacy are examples of abusive and unethical contents and usage.The Client agrees to indemnify and keep the Service Provider harmless from any liability arising out of the Client’s publishing or use of materials. It is also expected that the Service Provider will not post material on the Internet that could be used to damage another party.er. For the Client, the Service Provider will not build obscene or illegal software. The Service Provider retains the authority to judge what is and is not appropriate.

Date of Completion & Cancellation

For both parties to remain profitable, the Service Provider and the Client must collaborate to accomplish the development in a timely manner. The project must be cancelled at the request of the client within two weeks (14 days) of the acquisition.The Service Provider shall have the right to retain 50% of the total price invoiced for the service as a deposit and project expenses if project is postponed or terminated at the request of the Client.If this amount is insufficient to compensate the Service Provider for the time and money spent on the project, an additional payment may be required.

REVISIONS TO THESE TERMS OF AGREEMENT

WebKik reserves the right to alter, amend, or change this Agreement, as well as other Terms of Service, Privacy Policies, and Agreements, at any time and in any way. In compliance with our Terms of Agreement, any revision, alteration, or modification shall be posted.
